Career change is complex and getting "the answer" in 2.5 hours is not usually feasible. However, the workshop is designed to kick start your career change in the most effective way: in particular, to give you greater clarity about what's important to you for your new career, confidence in knowing that you're not alone, and direction through learning the the steps you need to take going forward.
