Is the Launch Pad suitable for those who want to change from the non-profit sector to the private sector?
Yes.
We've had previous Launch Pad participants from a variety of work backgrounds, including the non profit and public sectors, who've gone on to make shifts into the private sector.
Many of the coaches on the Launch Pad have either worked in the non-profit space, or transferred from there, so they're familiar with this kind of shift too.
