As the workshop is online is it like a lecture? Or is it interactive with discussion and tasks?

It's highly interactive.

Our online workshop takes place using video conferencing software (Zoom), where you can see and interact with the coaches leading the workshop and your fellow participants.  

The coaches will take you through a series of exercises and you can interact with the coaches and with others in the workshop both using your computer's microphone (or a headset, if you have one), and also through a live questions box.
