We start by looking at what motivates and drives you, to get a sense of what's important to you and your next career.
We then look at what you're naturally good at and drawn to, then spend some time looking at how to overcome common career change hurdles.
You'll then start to collect ideas and themes that have come up for you, and start to plot effective action steps to help you move forward.
The exercises are a mix of solo, partner and group exercises. It's very interactive, and a great space to bounce your ideas around!
Finally, you'll be facilitated through the process by two certified and highly experienced career coaches.
