Yes.

Once you've narrowed down to your 3-5 career themes, you'll be designing and running experiments to test ideas from these themes in the real world.

These could involve you doing any of the following kinds of activities: speaking to people in the relevant fields, visiting offices / work locations, work shadowing, carrying out short pro-bono / volunteer projects -- of which will be designed to be easy to do around full-time work (if you have this) and in a way that will help you get to certainty quickly about whether this particular idea is viable for you.
